What We Do
We do not just treat your injury, we find the root cause of your injury.
Our assessment begins with an in-depth evaluation of your infra-sternal angle, which provides valuable insights into your movement patterns and potential limitations. From there, we conduct a thorough examination of each major joint, identifying any restrictions that may be holding you back. Using our specialized approach, we address these limitations head-on to enhance your mobility, reduce discomfort, and help you move with ease and confidence.

We test all the major joints of the body in terms of both range of motion and strength.
Movement & mobility assessment
We’ll go through some more basic movements to identify any further limitations you may not be aware of.

What We Treat
Post-surgical & sports injury rehab
Helping patients recover and return to the activities they love after undergoing surgery or an injury.
Neck Pain/Headaches
Neck pain and headaches can result from tension, injury, poor posture, or stress. We identify and address the root causes, helping you achieve long-lasting relief.
Shoulder Injuries
Whether due to overuse, strain, or sports injuries, shoulder pain can impact every aspect of daily life. We address the underlying causes to restore strength, mobility, and function.
Tennis Elbow/Golfer’s Elbow
Often caused by repetitive movements or sports-related activities, these conditions stem from inflamed tendons in the elbow. Our targeted approach reduces pain and restores elbow function to support a pain-free return to the activities you love.
Hip Pain/“Impingement”
Hip pain can make exercises like squats, deadlifts, running, or climbing difficult. We identify restrictions affecting your hip and use customized treatments to restore mobility and alleviate discomfort, so you can move freely again.
Knee Pain/Injuries
Knee pain can arise from various causes, including ligament or tendon strain. Our approach involves optimizing movement in the joints above and below the knee to reduce stress on the knee itself, helping you stay active and pain-free.
Foot and Ankle Pain
Pain in your foot or ankle can interfere with exercise, socializing, and even walking. We address the root causes of discomfort to get you back on your feet with confidence.
Plantar Fasciitis
Pain in the bottom of the foot can be alleviated through exercises that strengthen lower leg muscles and effectively load the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon. Our approach helps you find relief and get back to your routine.
Sprains/Strains
Sprains and strains may seem similar, but they affect different tissues and require distinct treatments. We help accurately diagnose your injury and provide the right therapy to get you back to full strength.
