FAQ
Do you accept insurance?
Elev8 is not a participating provider with any insurance plans at this time. This allows our Doctor of Physical Therapy to provide a unique, high-level service and spend an unprecedented amount of one-on-one time with you during each visit. We prefer to work directly for you, helping you regain your active lifestyle in the best way possible, rather than working for your insurance company.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for services?
Yes! At Elev8 Physical Therapy, we accept payments through Health Savings Accounts (HSA). This allows you to utilize your pre-tax dollars for physical therapy services, making it a smart financial choice.

What can I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, you’ll undergo a comprehensive assessment where we will evaluate your movement and any specific limitations. We’ll discuss your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.
How long are the therapy sessions?
All our sessions are one hour long, allowing ample time for thorough assessment, treatment and education. We prioritize personalized attention to ensure you receive the best care possible.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies based on your individual needs and goals. After your initial assessment, we will provide a recommended plan that outlines the frequency and duration of your treatment.
What should I wear to my appointments?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. If you're being treated for a specific area, such as your knee or shoulder, it may be helpful to wear clothing that provides easy access to that area.
Will I have to do exercises at home?
Yes! To achieve the best outcomes, we provide homework video exercises to reinforce what we work on during your sessions. We’ll provide guidance and support to help you integrate these exercises into your routine effectively.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
