I came to Qasim for help with IT band pain while cycling that I had been ignoring for way too long. He was immediately friendly and open, and clearly cares about his patient’s success. His 1:1 approach means he’s more aware of the details of his patient’s condition and it’s common to see him closely watching movements and writing everything down. He always has a step by step plan and provides detailed instructions for homework exercises (videos too). In my case he even researched and provided instructions for bike fit changes based on my specific pain. While we didn’t 100% fix my problem yet (it’s only been a few weeks), my mobility is definitely improved and I’m sure if I stick to the plan things will clear up eventually.

Q truly cares. That’s about the best thing you can ask for when looking for a PT. The level of attention to detail and bespoke work to ensure you get exactly what your looking for is something I have not experienced elsewhere. Sessions typically start with a conversation about the previous weeks, how different exercises are feeling, any questions, and will even dip into how you are on a personal level. You’ll be given “homework” exercises to do on a regular basis, a constant communication line to him if you have any questions outside of the session, and videos on how to perform all these exercises. I can tell Q puts the passion he has for PT into his work. It’s been a great experience working with him for the past few months. I would definitely suggest Elev8 to anyone looking for PT.

After 6 months of lower back pain that made getting off the couch uncomfortable, I tried conventional stretches without success. Dr. Khan’s personalized evaluation and unique breathing and stretching exercises made a real difference. After just one session, I stood up pain-free for the first time in weeks.
